HEIGHTENED MENTAL FOCUS
OPTIMUM INGREDIENTS DOSAGE
How does it work?
200mg of Caffeine Anhydrous increases mental alertness significantly while dramatically improving cardiovascular and muscular performance and endurance. Caffeine is well known for increasing metabolism and reducing appetite and cravings.
4g of Citrulline Malate reduces fatigue and improves endurance for both aerobic and anaerobic exercise. It also helps to create a greater ‘pump’ in the muscle.
1.5g of Beta Alanine increases the production of Carnosine which reduces lactic acid accumulation in your muscles during exercise, leading to improved athletic performance.
20mg of Vitamin B3 helps improve brain function as well as increasing metabolism. It is known as an ‘exercise mimetic’ because on a cellular level it tricks the brain into thinking it is exercising, even when it isn’t. Vitamin B3 is depleted during exercise, so supplementing it is key to an effective workout that doesn’t drain vital vitamins from the body. Vitamin B3 also aids in the reduction of bad cholesterol and increases aerobic and anaerobic performance.
Sodium bicarbonate is a safe and effective way to increase exercise performance, especially in high-intensity and interval activities. It may also increase strength and help maintain coordination in tired muscles, while reducing the depletion of electrolytes. It also helps to give WARLORD it’s refreshing effervescent taste.
We spent a long time getting the balance right for WARLORD pre-workout. We feel flavour is very important for a pre-workout, when you taste our distinctive refreshing cherry cola flavour, your body will wake up immediately and snap into performance mode. After tasting probably every pre-workout on the market, we believe we have come up with a flavour that is unsurpassed – it doesn’t taste sickly sweet and artificial like many pre-workouts, but with just the right amount of flavour to make you excited for your next workout!
Why do I need this? Can’t I just have a coffee or an energy drink instead?
Caffeine is the most important ingredient in a pre-workout product and WARLORD contains 200mg – the equivalent of about 2 cups of coffee. Unlike coffee however, WARLORD Pre-Workout also contains many other performance enhancing ingredients including Beta Alanine, Niacin and Citrulline Malate. WARLORD is also ideal for people who don’t like the taste of coffee. Energy drinks, while containing caffeine, usually do not have other ingredients that improve athletic stamina. WARLORD Pre-Workout also works out significantly cheaper than having an energy drink or coffee before every workout. WARLORD is also sugar free, and without any harsh or unhealthy sweeteners, making it a much healthier alternative.
Why does my skin have a tingling sensation after taking WARLORD?
WARLORD pre-workout contains Beta-Alanine which is effective at reducing athletic fatigue during high-intensity workouts. When using Beta-Alanine it is common to experience a tingling sensation in the skin – don’t worry, this is a short term sensation and completely normal. Our 1.5g serving is the ideal serving size for optimum athletic performance – please note - exceeding the stated dose will increase the tingling sensation.
Why doesn’t this pre-workout contain creatine?
Many cheap brands of pre-workout contain creatine because it has a reputation of improving athletic performance. Unfortunately they typically have a dosage of up to 3.5 grams which will basically do nothing, as the recommended dosage for creatine is 5-10 grams. Of course, if we included the recommended dosage, there wouldn’t be room for much else, so we advise taking creatine separately, if you want to take it at all. Many bodybuilders like to take creatine before and after a workout and WARLORD allows them to have more control over their dosing.
Why doesn’t this pre-workout contain Taurine?
Taurine has been a common ingredient in energy drinks since they started becoming popular in the 1990s. To date however, there has not been any scientific studies which conclusively show Taurine is effective at increasing energy or improving athletic performance. We therefore decided to neglect Taurine in favour of other compounds which have been proven to be effective.
